2. Custom Orders & Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)
Our products are primarily made-to-order and customized according to customer requirements.
The minimum order quantity (MOQ) depends on the product type, design complexity, materials, and production requirements.
Unless otherwise agreed, our standard MOQ generally starts from 200 pieces per design.
For special projects, new brands, or larger cooperation opportunities, MOQ requirements may be discussed and adjusted based on the specific circumstances.
3. Quotes & Pricing
All quotations provided by GBAN JEWELRY are based on the information available at the time of quotation.
Prices may be affected by factors including but not limited to:

- Shipping arrangements

Unless written permission is provided by the customer, GBAN JEWELRY will not publicly display customer-specific designs, prototypes, or production details for marketing purposes.
However, GBAN JEWELRY retains ownership of its own:
- Manufacturing techniques
- Production processes
- General craftsmanship knowledge
- Internal technical methods
8. Customer-Provided Materials
Customers may provide:
- Drawings
- Images
- CAD files
- Logos
- Reference samples
- Other project materials
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the materials they provide do not infringe upon any third-party intellectual property rights.
GBAN JEWELRY shall not be responsible for disputes arising from customer-provided materials.
